Investigations are still underway with our service provider to find the root cause of the incident and deploy a patch.

Nature of incident: degradation of the availability of the Azure Cosmos DB service in the Central France region, leading to degradations in service availability and/or query latency.

Incident start date and time: 14/05/2024 from 8:00 a.m.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that we are closely monitoring the ongoing analysis and will keep you informed as soon as the service is fully operational.
